Employees are expected to follow these guidelines and ensure unacceptable behavior does not occur.
Unacceptable behavior:
- Bullying, threats of violence or violence towards anyone
- Discrimination
- Spreading gossip about someone
- Insulting someone
- Sexual harassment
- Creating physically dangerous environments
- Asking anyone to perform dangerous work without safety protection
FUERST WIACEK will aim to prevent and correct behaviours that violate this policy.
