Online Shop Manager (Part Time / Werksstudent / Full Time)

We are looking for an experienced Online Shop Manager to join our team. As the Online Shop Manager, you will be responsible for managing our e-commerce platform, improving user experience, and driving sales. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure the smooth running of our online shop and maximise its potential.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Managing and updating our e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and customer data
  • Monitoring and analysing website traffic, user behaviour, and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Optimising the online shopping experience, including website layout, navigation, and checkout process, to maximise conversion rates and customer satisfaction
  • Managing online orders, tracking shipments, and resolving customer issues
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute online sales and promotional campaigns
  • Developing and implementing a content strategy to drive traffic to the online shop and improve search engine ranking
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, e-commerce platforms, and technologies to inform decision-making and maximise efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Online Shop Manager, ideally in the beverage or food industry
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and technologies, including Woocommerce
  • Excellent understanding of website analytics and performance metrics
  • Experience in website design and user experience optimisation
  • Strong communication, project management, and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques
  • Quick learner who is able to work with minimal or no supervision 
  • Proactive, Can-do attitude and positive outlook 
  • Strong problem solving skills in all situations, with the ability to find solutions on your own
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Passion for craft beer and interest in the industry.
