Brett IPA – Dry hopped with Vic Secret & Citra, and spiked with Peach & Passionfruit juice.
This beer was carefully blended from 2 of our classic brews; Eat The Salad (currently also availlable here) and Fuzz, bretted and then left to mature for 3 years before being hand bottled at our friends Schneeeule.
Beautifully perfumed with the fuzzy fragrance of fresh peach, coriander, sea salt and passion fruit. Refreshing and crisp in the mouth, leaves your tongue tingling. It’s vibrant but subtle with flavours of peach sorbet, clove, white grape, tart lemon and earl grey. Fantastic.
