DDH IPA – Dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic & Chinook.
Fix up, look sharp; this brew comes decked out in finest amber. All silk, rouched yellow velvet and a bright-white foam collar. Steeped in the stink of zesty orange, stone fruit and the spiky, spicy scents of citrus. Orange is the theme here. Orange juice, Orange zest, Orange Colour, Orange. It’s Fanta, it’s Tango (English Millennials let me hear you!), it’s marmalade. There’s also passion fruit and pine and pineapple but they’re supporting cast at best. It’s oily, it’s viscous and it’s beautifully carbonated.
