Pilsner 5% – Decoction brewed and hopped with Mittelfrüh, Tradition, Spalter Select & Tettnanger.
A glassful of hazy, flaxen hay. Like the breeze across a wheat field it’s filled with dry, grassy notes and hints of fresh berries. Slight aromas of caramel and lemon drizzle cake. Bursts in the mouth with fresh citrus, hay, cut grass, and a slight resinous quality. Super light, crisp, and refreshingly bitter.
Helles 5% – Decoction brewed with Spalter Select, Tradition & Mittelfrüh.
Pours like an autumn sunset. Beautiful, slightly hazy, deep amber. Herbal, slightly spiced aromas with chewy dried apricots, viscid dates, and freshly cut grass. Tastes like a bite of fresh peach with some pleasing, lingering flavors of fresh bread and wheat. Classic, crisp bitterness with a refreshing dryness and a hauntingly long finish.
Schwarzbier 5% – Decoction brewed and hopped with Mittelfrüh
Rich and chocolatey but still light in the mouth. Strong smells of charcoal, dark chocolate and raisin. Beautifully carbonated, not so sweet and with a low bitterness. Perfect for sipping in front of the fire this winter.
