Hop Harvest is an exploration of the results of our first hop selection. In September 2021 we went to Washington and Oregon to pick the fields of hops we will brew with in 2022.
Our Chinook IPA was brewed with hops hand selected from Crosby Hops. We picked this field from Crosby in Oregon for its intensely fruity aromatics.
We’re excited to see how the aromas we released rubbing the hops during selection translate to flavours in the finished beer.
