Dream #14 is our first Cold IPA – dry hopped with Ekuanot, Mosaic & Cashmere.
What is a Cold IPA you ask? In short it’s a bit of a lager / ale mash up. It’s dry hopped like an IPA after fermentation with a lager yeast to produce a crisper finish without foregoing the fruitiness and intensity of flavour of new world hops.
