Festbier – brewed with Spalter Select, Tradition & Mittelfrüh.
Bursting with the aromas of sweet malts, sun-kissed fields of wheat, fresh bread, and fresh-cut grass. The taste is rich yet crisp with burnt caramel, fresh-cut brown bread, dried raisins, apricot, and a light biscuity sweetness. The mouthfeel is pleasantly oily with some stickiness and a refreshing, balanced bitterness. Incredibly quaffable, like all good Festbiers.
