This unusual beer really makes the most of the experimental HBC 630 hop profile. It’s chock full of wild cherry, ripe red berries and a hint of wild garlic. Flavour wise it’s a tropical fruit salad with pomelo, fresh lime, juicy ipe cherry and sweet citrus; finished with creamy, chewy banana.
